Integrated practices for holistic health and well-being

Ideal for those in 30-60 year age group.

Integrated yoga practices working on physical, mental and emotional wellness. Focus on improving physical mobility, energy levels and mental calmness. Specific focus areas/ functions will be worked on through each day’s practice. Asana, pranayama and chanting will all be part of these sessions.

Timings: 7.00 – 8.00 am (India time)

Days: 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday
